Sobat SafarFriendly, if you are looking for an international Islamic event in Malaysia this November, The Straight Path Convention 2026 is an event worth adding to your calendar.
This year’s convention, titled “INFLUENCE”, will take place on November 14–15, 2026, at UTM Hotel & Residence, Grand Banquet Hall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Carrying the powerful message “Be the influence that leads to Allah,” INFLUENCE 2026 invites Muslims to reflect on the influences that shape their lives, decisions, relationships, and spiritual journey.
The event is designed to bring together Muslims who want to gain knowledge, learn from experienced Islamic speakers, and connect with a wider Muslim community in Kuala Lumpur.
With its international speakers and two-day program, The Straight Path Convention 2026 offers an opportunity to combine learning and meaningful community engagement during a visit to Malaysia.
Understanding the Meaning of “INFLUENCE”
Influence is part of everyday life. The people we spend time with, the content we consume, the environment around us, and the figures we follow online can all shape the way we think and make decisions.
That makes the theme “INFLUENCE” especially relevant for Muslims today.
The question is not only about who influences us, but also about what kind of influence we have on others.
The promotional material for INFLUENCE 2026 encourages participants to reflect on the influences around them and consider how they can become a positive influence that guides others toward Allah.
Rather than simply being influenced by the world around us, the convention encourages participants to think about how their own words, actions, knowledge, and character can positively affect the people around them.
For Muslims looking for an Islamic conference in Kuala Lumpur, this makes The Straight Path Convention 2026 an interesting opportunity to learn and reflect together with the wider Muslim community.
Featuring International Islamic Speakers
One of the highlights of The Straight Path Convention 2026 INFLUENCE is its lineup of speakers.
The event’s promotional material features several Islamic speakers, including Sheikh Wael Ibrahim, Dr. Muhammad Salah, Dr. Abu Hafiz Salleh Hudin, Dr. Ali Al Barghouthi, and Ust. Hisham Abu Yusuf.
With speakers from different backgrounds and experiences, the convention aims to provide participants with diverse perspectives on Islamic knowledge and contemporary issues affecting Muslims.
The Straight Path Convention describes itself as an annual convention featuring international-level lectures about the Deen, based on authentic sources from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
For those who regularly attend Islamic lectures, seminars, conferences, or Muslim community events, INFLUENCE 2026 can be an opportunity to experience a larger international Islamic gathering in Malaysia.
